We will present the ongoing development of France's first cavity-enhanced high harmonic generation (HHG) source. In the time domain, the source's high repetition rate should provide sufficient statistics to reveal quantum-optical aspects of the HHG process. In the spectral domain, the production of a frequency comb in the XUV range should enable precise spectroscopy of nuclear clock transitions.
