WP0: Management

• PBS: First draft to build the skeleton
• Cost and FTE fist estimates
• Meeting on Friday 6th February to have a quick look on the Management Plan
• Setup of local serveur to get the document number

 

Action Tristan: Initiate the first version of the ICD (first external)

WP1 Metrology: Metrology

• Work on the injection in the FC/PC fibre, optical alignment to improve the injection efficiency 
• Test plan by mid-February, it has to include schedule of operations

WP2 Beam Combiner: Nothing new. Update of the schedule. Information from TeamsPhotonics working on new chip design, test by the 10th of February for transmission measurement.

WP3 Spectrograph: Work on the thermal background, main contributor is the windows of the camera and climatic chamber --> need to remove a,d take care about contaminants on the filter and detector. Meeting with FLI around that point and also on the ROIC programming the 4th February.

Action Manon: Short document on the requirements of the spectrometer

WP4 Feeding optics: Pierre-Bourgé made the design, request to buy som stuff. Have a look on the dichroic for the feeding optics, choice of the detector technology.

WP5 ICS: No real news. Make the list of the devices to control, including the PIONER mechanism (need to have the IF). Avoid USB connection/protocol, CEDRAT control electronics used serial communication with USB connector (OK to have a specific Beckhoff for that).

WP6 System Test: NA

WP7 Pipeline: work on Gravity data

 

Other Business:

• Difficulties to interact with Leonardo: Contrat no yet signed, no returns on technical questions --> S Leveque in contact with Leonardo and ESA.
• First skeleton of the mechanical assembly
