WP0: Management

• Action Tristan : check if the last version of the project Management Plan is at the right place on the onedrive
• ESO visit @ LIRA/Meudon the 19/20 March
• Link between SHARPS and PLANETES, will be beneficial to the projet

 

WP1 Metrology: Metrology

• Finalisation of the bench description document
• Design of the box to manufacture
• Results of PSD Phase Measurements on the bench
• Have a specific meeting when Luis be back

 

WP2 Beam Combiner: 

• Right alignment
• Mechanical manufacturing
• Possible to have PTV measurements to optimise the polarisation
• Improvement on the performance of the code, put on the GitHub (nice :-) )
• Next step polarisation control and PTV measurements (real time processing is not mandatory, but nicer !)
• Test for Teams IO component, ask to glue the optical fibres on the component

 

WP3 Spectrograph:

• Consolidate the opto-mechanical design 
• Contact with French company for the cryostat
• Action Tristan : update the requirements document with FLI 
• See if wishes may be realised ;-)
• Detector at ESO for test, Sylvestre to organise a meeting around the test plan, possible for PLANETES team to participate and discuss around that.
