Detector Status@Leonardo

• Batches by the summer
• New version of the ROIC under test

• Possible to optimise the AR coating for the science optical bandwidth
• Dark will be measured on specific pixel with metallic mask (avoid any stray light) 
• Novel ADP design: in 2-3 months from now first results (measurements on the wafer)
• 6-10 arrays for the batch to choose the detectors (engineering and science)
• Possible to run the output amplifier @ 3MHz, modelling of the noise-glow has been done by Leonardo --> Issue on the thermal load and glow principally
• Data sheet of the ROIC will be procured in the next following weeks
• Leonardo will send typical behaviour of the detector (defect versus gain, ...)

 

Packaging:

• Need formal agreement between Leonardo and FLI
• Need ICD and drawings from FLI --> Due date beginning of June
• Use of package transportation box to send back the detector
