WP0: Management

• PMP: FTE estimation and meeting tomorrow with ESO
• MAIT plan in its first version
• JIRA access OK
• GED access seems OK

 

WP1 Metrology: 

• Documentation on the design by the end of the week (Mathias) and Test Plan (Amira)
• Need contact with Paranal for AIT implementation and schedule synchronisation --> Who to contact ?
• Most difficult part --> Optical fiber installation on the telescope 
• Foreseen room to install the laser --> Better in the storage room
• Bi-weekly meeting foreseen next week
• Mechanical design of the tip-tilt 

 

WP2 Beam Combiner: 

• No update
• Action Tristan : Check with CNRS the possibility to have a fist quotation with Teemsphotonics and in a second time to publish a call for tender

 

WP3 Spectrograph:

• Optical design to have a right back-focal distance
• Optimisation of the focusing part
• Need to optimise the collimator
• Presentation of the new concept of the cryostat
• Action Tristan : update the concept of the cryostat 

 

WP4 Feeding optics:

WP5 ICS: 

• Meeting with the technical department of Paris-Observartory
• Proposal of timelines and dev --> Seems to be nice for them
• Contract with private company foreseen to develop the VHDL code (not possible internally)

 

WP6 System Test: 

• Two issues with Gravity pipe-line
