WP0: Management

• Update of the PMP: FTE, PT, WBS.
• New directory for the WP11 System Engineering -->  Here documents like TLR

   

• Last check for the PMP document for next step to sign
• Make all the issues in the JIRA web site: use product inside the PMP
• Make a short Readme on the JIRA to help the use of it
• Action Sylvestre: continue the instrument overview document

 

WP1 Metrology: 

• Action Tristan : Put the tasks in Metrology_follow-up.xlxs under JIRA tickets
• Elias to send @LIRA for 3D printing 
• Wait to get big order to Thorlabs
• Hugo is a new student working on the polarisation control
• Linux WS with VLTI software to procure
• Warning: Laser interlock
• 500m optical fibers under procurement 
• New about the issue on the laser

 

WP2 Beam Combiner: 

• To begin CCTP for the sun-contractor
• Work on the test of a new component

 

WP3 Spectrograph:

• Optimisation of the Gravity collimator
• Design update see onedrive document
• Need to think about the AIT process

 

WP4 Feeding optics: 

• Nothing to say more
• Pre-Design by Pierre-Bourger, piezo-stage mechanical part received. The goal is to align and check.
• No news about the control electonics

 

WP5 ICS:
