WP0: Management

• Comments from Senol about the PMP
• Possible to share it by the end of the week
• Presentation of the global schedule and associated reviews

WP1 Metrology: 

• First release of the document to be share soon
• Test setup to be clarified, the test plan to come next (need information from Paranal to know how it may/will append)
• Coordination between Luis and Amira
• No more information --> Waiting for the springs
• No news from Paranal for the routing of the optical fiber thru the telescope

 

WP2 Beam Combiner: 

• Chip from ST the chip to be implemented with fiber by teemsphotonics --> JIRA ticket to follow the component :-) : Action Jehanne
• Polarisation studies on the test-bench: polarisation at the output of the fiber is not linear (probably due to the collimator and not to the fiber itself). 

 

WP3 Spectrograph:

• Meeting with Christian about the Gravity design.
• Currently two custom designs --> See manufacturers to see what could be possible to build. Designs on the onedrive.
• Meeting with FLI to talk about the mechanical IF and the deliveries of the different models
• See if possible to have a smaller detector to integrate sonner or buy camera and make specific MGSE to mimic the final IF
•  

 

WP4 Feeding optics: 

• Have STEP file of the current design to test the concept here of the injection module with the piezo stages

 

WP5 ICS: 

• Roberto to provide the WS

 

WP6 System Test: 

• Discussion about what to build to mimic PIONER @ LIRA for system test
• Options:
  • Built injection part only
  • Need to demonstrate in lab the high contrast: Need piezo, TT, ... to reproduce part of the injection in PIONER
