WP0: Management

• See if possible to have a teams visio link in the LIRA meeting room
• A lot of comments inside the PMP, LIRA makes a release of the doc --> Next step to put the doc in the ESA PDM
• PMP --> Signed the pdf @ LIRA and send to ESO
• Tristan expects to visit ESO by June to talk also with Derek about the detector
• Overview document on-going.

 

WP1 Metrology: 

• Meeting postponed to Wednesday the 27th of May
• Documentation on-going
• Preparation of the test to inject the laser with the mechanical support and the piezo-mike
• Test will begin soon (1 hour !)

 

WP2 Beam Combiner: 

• Next step to send the component to put the optical fiber
•  

 

WP3 Spectrometer:

• Update of the conceptual document for the thermal architecture.
• P. Berger send drawing to show possible implementation on the PRIMA optical table
• Needs drawings to put inside the ICD document
• Optical design with two different material of the components.
• Manon asked provider to have some --> Wait the answers from them.
• The design may be seen by opticians @ LIRA to have advises.

 

WP4 Feeding optics: 

• Where is the pupil in the VLTI lab ?  --> Need to put inside the ICD
• Different options for the instrument implementation inside the VLTI lab
• Alignment issues for the injection optics.

 

WP5 ICS: 

• Add of Ethernet communication IF for the piezo-stages (x4)
