WP1 Metrology: Bench setup OK.

Action Amira/Mathias: Check of laser reflexion intensity between the optical fibre.

WP2 Beam Combiner:  Issue on the order of the output, depends on the fibre connection, need to check the configuration of the software. Presentation of results of the pipeline outputs. 

WP3 Spectrometer: Contract with Leonardo to be signed in January, need answers to technical questions. New version of the call for tender document for FLI, next meeting on Wednesday on the document and on remaining questions. Optical design by Manon: Pupil plane on the cold stop, need some inputs for the mechanical implementation of the camera, important parameters of the spectrometer optical design discussed during last meeting. Discussions with Nice Observatory next week to make the mechanical design.

Action Tristan : Send email to Leonardo for technical questions 

WP5 ICS: General Software: creation of a GitHub project for all the codes.

Action Mathias: Ask for a project account for the GitHub.

 

Elsa: news for Pierre Labeye about the beam combiner manufactured by ST, to test @ LIRA test-bench (in the next months). 

Mathias : two positions opened @ ESO in Garching, applications arrived (few), begin of the post-doc ASAP.
