Project status.

Plan to have a RDV with the ESO directorat to show the project. Presentation of the project to Louis.

WP status and progress

Management: First draft for the PBS/PT, work to be done on ICS, GSE and Metrology

WP1 Metrology: work @ ESO in 2026, hiring of a post-doc, hardware bought now has to be compatible with the instrument concept control, accelerometers installation inside the telescope is foreseen, connection to a work-station to manage the metrology control. Demonstration bench: integration of the different sub-systems and very-very first measurements to understand and test components. LIRA working at the system level.

Spectrometer: First conceptual design. Work is on-going with the optical concept and first mechanical implementation.

WP2 Beam Combiner (test bench interferometer activities): Presentation of results.

WP3 Spectrometer: First conceptual design,  SPICA design, contract discussions between Leonardo and CNRS, optical design @ IPAG and after the first mechanical implementation will be done.

WP4 Feeding optics: First mechanical implementation of the Injection, need ICD (VLTI) for the switchyard

WP5 Electronics: Jean-Baptiste LeBouqin @ IPAG to have info, discussions on-going.
