WP1 Metrology: Possible to test the metrology during dat-time with the telescope, When ? How to ask a TTR, how long in advance ? Need to be ready and make the test this year. Need to remove the PIONNER fibre and put the PLANETES fibre. Need: Test plan and description of the experiment, impact on the telescope operation.

Test-Bench report: Description of the components, first phase computation, method checked, it works with one optical modulator. 

Action Amira/Mathias: Check of laser reflexion intensity between the optical fibre --> OK see some reflected light, possible to work. Close.

WP2 Beam Combiner: Injection bench description. Where is coming from the drift ? Same stability issue on the metrology bench. Seems to come from the people around the bench or calibration issue? Need mechanical structure to insulate the components (Thorlabs under command). Need the wavelength calibration.

Presentation of data reduction with Gravity pipeline.

WP3 Spectrometer: 

Camera: meeting with FLI to go thru the requirements document, plan to have a common document for technical questions to Leonardo. Possible to share the same volume between the spectrograph and the camera head (detector only).

Optics: Needs numbers from FLI about the optical components location (detector, filter, entrance window). Data on the grating, presentation of the first conceptual design. Add the questions we have to FLI (drawing of location of optical components, angle on the filter).

WP5 ICS: Need PLANETES cabinet. Need to have the cabling and cabinet requirements

Action Lesteras : give ICS information to project.

Action Tristan : make the list of equipment to drive and how to interface with the specific ESO controller (Beckhof PLC).
